Note: The final 150 meters of the road leading to the villa is stabilised. Our villa is well-suited for conservative individuals and serves as an ideal choice for honeymoons and special occasions. Any specific requests for such occasions must be communicated in advance and will incur additional charges. Twin Villa 2, situated in Kalkan-Üzümlü Village, offers a captivating view of Patara and Kalkan, with three bedrooms accommodating a total of six people. The villa’s location, coupled with its refined interior decoration, contributes to its stylish ambiance. Moreover, Twin Villa 1 presents rental opportunities throughout the year, featuring a heated indoor pool. Adjacent to Twin Villa 1, Twin Villa 2 accommodates an additional six people, providing accommodation for a total of twelve individuals for larger families and friend groups. Bedrooms: 1st Bedroom: Master Suite bedroom with an indoor pool, 1 double bed, make-up table, wardrobe, dressing room, air conditioning, bathroom, and shower. Terrace access to the pool. 2nd Bedroom: Suite bedroom with a bedside table, 1 double bed, make-up table, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, and bathroom. Spacious balcony. 3rd Bedroom: Suite with a bedside table, 2 single beds, wardrobe, and bathroom. Large balcony. Kitchen: Modern American kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, built-in 4-burner stove, microwave oven, built-in oven, dinner set for 6 people, electric kettle, spoon and fork set, pots, and pans. Complete set of pans and glasses. Living room: Offers a sea view, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, seating group, iron and ironing board. Access to the poolside, located on the pool floor. Pool: Features a private swimming pool and a children’s pool, with dimensions of 10 x 3.50 m and a depth of 1.5 m. A children’s pool measuring 3.5 x 2.5 m and a depth of 30 cm is also available. Garden and pool maintenance is conducted once daily in the morning or evening, and trash is collected between 7-am from the front gardens large bin. Indoor Pool: The dimensions of the inner pool are 3.50 m x 2 m, with a depth of 90 cm. Indoor Pool Heating: The pool heating system is exclusive to the indoor pool, reaching a maximum temperature of 30 °C. Indoor pool heating is optional and can be activated upon request for €50 per day. Garden: In the garden there is a pool, dining table and chairs, garden seating group and barbecue. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the villa. However, interruptions may occur due to the regional internet service provider infrastructure. Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No additional fees are charged. Insurance for extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, healthcare, etc., is not included. Despite regular spraying, there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding environment. For villas with sheltered pools, 99% privacy is not guaranteed; there is always a 5% privacy margin. Kalkan: Due to its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope. Access to all our summer houses in Kalkan and surrounding villages requires uphill travel. Üzümlü Village is a tranquil settlement. *General note for all villas in the Kalkan region*: Due to high demand, our villas in the Kalkan region may experience electricity and water outages, voltage drops, and ongoing infrastructure and construction works. Damage Deposit: A deposit of €150  is required to cover damages, losses, breakages, etc. The deposit will be refunded to your bank account upon villa exit if no issues arise.
